To All Valued Customers:
In light of the current COVID-19 threat, we at Wallpaper Loft have decided to modify the way
we conduct business. At this time, we are only accepting orders over the phone (519-631-1187)
or by email (sales@wallpaperloft.ca). To ensure the safety and well-being of both our
customers and staff members, there can be no in-store shopping at this time. Although the
Wallpaper Loft diligently maintains a clean and sanitized show room, we feel it is in the best
interest our staff and clientele that we temporarily close our doors to the public for the
duration of the COVID-19 health emergency.
To our customers:
1. Please place any and all orders either via phone (519-631-1187) or email
(sales@wallpaperloft.ca).
2. A valid credit card number must be given at the time of order and will be
processed prior to pick up.
3. All orders will be filled in a priority queue and can be picked up at the front door.
Photo ID must be shown at the time of pick up.
4. At this time, we have suspended all bookings for Hunter Douglas blind estimates
& measurements.
5. Current store hours will remain in place until further notice.
6. If you need help with color, please go to benjaminmoore.ca to select colors and please forward that list of color options to us so we could pull those color chips for you. We will have them ready for you at the door in about an hour.
