Due to the current COVID-19 threat, the Government of Ontario has ordered that as of December 26th 2020, all retail establishments be temporarily closed to the public. However, we are still accepting orders over the phone (519-631-1187) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for curbside pickup. To ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, the Wallpaper Loft staff are working diligently to maintains a clean and sanitized show room.
To our customers:
1. Please place orders either via phone (519-631-1187) or email (email@example.com).
2. A valid credit card number or an e-transfer must be given at the time of order and will be processed prior to pick up.
3. All orders will be filled in a priority queue and can be picked up at the front door. Photo ID must be shown at the time of pick up.
4. At this time, we have suspended all bookings for Hunter Douglas blind estimates & measurements.
5. Current store hours will remain in place until further notice.

South Bay Paints COVID-19 Procedures
Masks are required to enter the store. If you plan to shop inside, please come prepared with a mask.
Limit 3 customers at a time inside. To enable proper social distancing, we are limiting the number of customers to 3 inside at a time. We respectfully ask that you maintain a 6-foot distance from other customers while you shop for sundries or wait for help.
We provide hand sanitizer in decision area and at the counters. Please use it before and after touching surfaces. We also have checkout procedures to minimize contact at checkout.
We frequently clean all high-touch areas of the stores and we have plexiglass shields for the checkout counters.
Please know that we do our best to deliver a positive customer experience while keeping our community
and staff safe. If you are in a rush, it's best to call ahead so that we can have your order ready
in a timely manner.
If it looks like there is a line to enter the store, we ask that you maintain a 6-foot distance from other shoppers and staff. You may also wait in your car and call us to place your order.
